We work with you to determine your personal preferences for the landscape of your home. Together, we will create the best layouts, plant selection and ease-of-care options for our climate in Northeast Ohio.
Cost range (starting at $150) is based on number and square footage of flower beds, desired plants and materials (soil, mulch, etc.).
We take care of preventative services or existing bug activity! While the large insect control companies try to sell you on services that you likely don't need, we make caring for your basic insect issues convenient and affordable.
Our outside parimeter treatments stop ants inside your home, bees who take up residence on your home or spiders who make artwork of their webs right where you walk.
We also can treat for fleas, ticks and mosquitos in your yard.
Single ($80-$100 based on house perimeter size) and a package of 6 spring-through-fall treatments (buy 5 and receive the 6th treatment free) available. Treatment will also include detached garages and sheds.
Different plants, flowers, trees and shrubs require regular care to maximize plant health and blooms.
Some plants benefit from weekly pruning, like roses, while shrubs such as boxwoods are pruned to maintain shapes that match your landscape.
Plant management helps to maintain the health of your plants and includes treating for bugs, fungi, environmental stress and more.
Single treatments (starting at $60) or package options (based on plant types) are available.
There are many reasons that sections of your yard may have dormant grass or bare spots. Disease, grubs, critters, drought, winter moisture and snow mold are just some of the reasons.
There's a good chance that we can save you from the cost of a full replacement by treating the issue and bringing back a plush lawn in those sections.
Costs (from $150) are based on square footage, grass mixtures (i.e., fescue, bluegrass, ryegrass), soil needs and prep, etc.
We use peat moss rather than hay for seed coverage. Better results with less clean up needs.
In Northeast Ohio, dirt, ice melt/salt and grime congregating on our driveways and walkways are a common occurrance. We can powerwash your driveway to remove these elements and help preserve and extend the life of your concrete
We also powerwash (soap and pressure clean) ranch and contemporary-style homes.
Driveway/walkway costs based on square footage (starting at $100). Home powerwashing starts at $250 and is also based on home style/footage.
Broken yard sprinkler heads? Water puddling at the site of a sprinkler head?
We can replace sprinkler heads and repair/replace broken lines connecting sprinkler heads in the yard. We will remove the grass sod sections and return it after fixing a leak or plant additional seed to fill spots caused by the repair.
Costs start at $60 for sprinkler head replacements or $150 for a water line repair/replacement.
We snowplow! Stay out of the cold and protect your health. We plow when there is 2 or more inches of snow in a 24-hour period and do our best to not block sidewalks when piling the snow on either side of your driveway's apron.
We also offer walkway-to-door snow removal service for an extra cost.
Rates start at $240 for seasonal package or $45 for single pushes. Cost of walkway and step clearing is based on footage, ranging from $50 to $100 per package.

Cost for cleanups start at $100, edging at $75 and weed control treatment at $80 dependent on square footage.
